Every member of Ujjwal Kartavya is bound by the registered constitution filed with the Registrar of Societies. Qualifications require individuals aged 21 and above, agreeing in writing to further the objectives of the society with transparent civic standing.
- Rule 8(a): Right to attend and vote in the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM).
- Rule 8(b): Right to inspect accounts and minutes upon written statutory notice.
- Rule 12: Joint dual-signatory requirement on all banking operations.
