Operational Overview

Rooted in Tehri Area, Siliguri (West Bengal), the Godhuli initiative creates safe rural bovine shelters, providing veterinary vaccination, daily fresh fodder, clean water channels, and cruelty-free dairy management, while simultaneously running street-side feeding and emergency medical rescue for stray animals.

The Challenge On Ground

Urban and rural stray cattle and street animals face extreme hunger, road trauma, untreated fractures, and lack of emergency veterinary care.

Ground Execution & Operating Protocol

1 Humane rural bovine shelters providing safe sanctuary and daily fresh fodder.
2 Emergency animal rescue corps with first-aid kits and veterinary medical care.
3 Anti-rabies inoculation drives and trauma surgery for street animals.
4 Integrated with women-led dairy Self-Help Groups (SHGs) for cruelty-free milk management.
5 Community stray feeding stations and seasonal reflective safety collars.
