Operational Overview

Empowering rural women with market-linked vocational skills in tailoring, sanitary pad production, indigenous handicraft, and financial literacy. We provide micro-grants, sewing machines, and access to cooperative bank accounts.

The Challenge On Ground

Extreme economic dependency and lack of marketable skills perpetuate cycles of rural poverty and domestic vulnerability for women.

Ground Execution & Operating Protocol

1 6-month intensive training modules in commercial stitching, embroidery, and apparel craft.
2 Financial literacy workshops on zero-balance banking, UPI, and Mudra loans.
3 Donation of durable commercial sewing machines to certified graduates.
4 Direct buyer linkages with regional apparel suppliers and festive exhibitions.
5 Self-Help Group (SHG) formation with micro-savings revolving credit.

Volunteer in this Program

Doctors, educators, and field organizers are needed on the ground for our scheduled weekend drives.
